Margaret "Marge" Mary Grebe

Fond du Lac resident, Margaret “Marge” Mary Grebe, 90 died Wednesday, April 1, 2026. She was born July 7, 1935, in Fond du Lac to Adelaide and Arthur J. Aigner.

Mrs. Grebe Graduated as Valedictorian of St. Mary's Springs Academy, class of 1953, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Education at Marion University. She taught second grade at Franklin School in Fond du Lac before raising a family.

Marge was active in the Fond du Lac Yacht Club and enjoyed gardening at her lake home. She also loved playing cards and board games.

Marge married Thomas W. Grebe at St. Mary’s Church on July 2, 1960. She is survived by her five children, Dan (Meri Shamrock) Grebe of Fond du Lac, Susan (Michael Hehir) Goodwin of South Carolina, Carol (Kirt) Soukup of Middleton, Linda (Len) Hendricks of Lodi, and Ann (Josh) Downham of Minneapolis. Also left behind are nine grandchildren; two step grandsons; seven great grandchildren; four step great granddaughters; two brothers, Arthur “Artie” R. Aigner and David (Lorna) Aigner of Muscoda; brother-in-law, Dick Grebe of Fond du Lac, and sister-in-law, Callista “Callie” Grebe of Wauwatosa; numerous beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband.

The visitation will be held Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 3 PM – 4 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The memorial service will follow at 4 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
