Marilyn M. Dobrinski

Marilyn M. Dobrinski, age 91, of Fond du Lac, WI, died at SSM Hospice Home of Hope on August 10, 2025. She peacefully entered into the arms of Jesus surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on February 23, 1934, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Vincent and Mildred (Smith) Musolf. On April 18, 1953, she married Don Dobrinski at Presentation Church when he was on Army leave. She worked at WI Telephone Company and Kentucky Fried Chicken. She was also a private cleaning person for a local doctor’s family. She lived a life of strong faith and always said the Lord was with her through everything. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. She loved going to the flea markets, antique shops, and casinos. She was an avid Brewers and Packers fan.

Survivors include her husband, Don; three daughters, Joann Dobrinski, Kathy Dobrinski, and Patty (Brian) Baier. She cherished her two grandchildren, Daniel (Mariah) Baier and Alin (Alicia) Baier. She was blessed with three great-grandchildren, Chloe, Zaharia, and Daniel Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mildred and Vincent; one brother, John “Jack” (Judy) Musolf; one sister, Susie; and her beloved dog, Cuddles.

Special thank you to Kathy (daughter) and Jackie Freund for the loving in-home care they provided Marilyn the past year and a half.

Special recognition to be given to the staff at Hospice Home of Hope and Shannon (Hospice caregiver) for the compassionate care they gave to Marilyn. They were truly Mom’s angels leading her to Heaven.
