Marion J. Horton

Marion J. Horton, age 63, of 385 N. Peters Ave, Fond du Lac, died Sunday, June 13, 2004 as a result of a traffic accident in Winnebago County. She was born on October 16, 1940 in Fond du Lac the daughter of Lawrence J. and Margaret King O'Connor. Marion was employed at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home as an LPN from 1971 to the present. She enjoyed collecting Christmas Santa's and other Christmas items. She enjoyed the pilgrimage to Irish Fest and enjoyed going antiquing. SURVIVORS: her husband John of Fond du Lac, three sons, Donald Delap Jr. of Titusville,Florida ,Brian Delap, James Delap of Appleton, three daughters, Jill Delap of Fond du Lac, Carole Delap of Oshkosh, Lori Kemp of Oshkosh, seven grandchildren, four brothers, Lawrence "Buddy" O'Connor, Gerald (Jan) O'Connor of Fond du Lac, Neil (Shelia) O'Connor of Green Bay, Glenn O'Connor of Green Bay, one sister, Patricia Balthazor, Campbellsport. Son-in-law, Wayne Rienow , Park Falls. Special friends, Margaret Behnke, Judy Ziemann, Gert Adams, and Mary Jo Pleuss. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Wendy Rienow.



VISITATION: Wednesday, June 16,2004 from 4-8 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Services will be held Thursday, June 17,2004 at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Reverend Dean Desilet will officiate. Burial will follow at Estabrooks Cemetery.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
