Mark E. Nesbitt

Mark E. Nesbitt, 58, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, June 27, 2026 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born March 3, 1968 in Des Moines, IA, the son of William and Marva (Oliver) Nesbitt. Mark graduated from Goodrich High School in 1986. Mark served in the U.S. Army.

Mark worked for JF Ahern in the maintenance department. He was a member of the American Legion, Sons of the Legion, and Legion Riders. He enjoyed hockey, riding motorcycle, snowmobiling, traveling, bow hunting, classic cars, and watching the Packers.

He is survived by his son, Mitchell Nesbitt; his parents, William and Marva Nesbitt; his fiancée, Shirley Rauls and her children, Karissa (Nathan) St. Mary and Dustin (Ashley) Rauls; four grandchildren, Declan and Aiden Rauls and Melanee and Josiee St. Mary; his brother, Gregg (Stephanie) Nesbitt; nephew, Brett Nesbitt; niece, Julia Nesbitt; aunts, uncles, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Paul and Marjorie Nesbitt and his maternal grandparents, Marvin and Virginia Oliver.

The visitation will be held Sunday, July 5, 2026 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 6:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery, Monday, July 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Trier-Puddy American Legion Post 75 in Mark’s name.
