Mary K. Kohn

Mary Kathryn Kohn, 84, formerly of Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at her home in Oshkosh. She was born May 6, 1920, in Lamartine, the daughter of Michael T. and Rachael M. (O'Hearn) Flasch. She grew up in Eldorado and was a graduate of Rosendale High School. She married Nicholas S. Kohn on Aug. 21, 1946, in Fond du Lac. She was a beautician for many years and had been a school crossing guard. She was a member of Holy Family Parish and the Altar and Rosary Society.Survivors include her husband; three sons, Donald J. Kohn of Sun Prairie, James M. (Ann) Kohn of Oconomowoc, Daniel M. (Sara) Kohn of Oshkosh; five grandchildren, David Kohn of Columbus, Kimberly (Mark) Vieth of Marshfield, Jesse Kohn of Arlington Heights, Ill., Jamie Kohn of West Bend, and Rachel Kohn of Oshkosh; and two great-grandchildren, Trenton of Marshfield, and Konnor of West Bend.Her parents; one brother, Maurice Flasch; and one sister, Florence Flasch, preceded her in death.



Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 26, 2004 at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Parish-St. Patrick's Church in Fond du Lac. Entombment will follow at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday June 25, 2004 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Friends may call on Saturday morning at the church from 8:30 A.M. until the time of services. The Rev. John Radetski will officiate.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
