Maydine G. Dalton

April 19, 1934 — January 10, 2024

Maydine G. Dalton, 89, of Green Bay, died Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Edenbrook Nursing Home in Green Bay.  She was born April 19, 1934 in North Fond du Lac, the daughter of Joseph and Margaret (Manske) Post.  On November 28, 1953 she married Gavin E. Dalton at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fond du Lac.  Maydine worked as an LPN and loved her nursing career.  She also enjoyed babysitting.

 

She is survived by her son, Gerry (Meg) Post of St. Nazianz; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren; three sisters, Marilyn Post, MaryAnn Post, and Marcia (Kenneth) Julka; one brother, Melvin Post; sister-in-law, Barbara Post; brother-in-law, Robert Dalton; and other relatives.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, John Dalton; three brothers, Marvin Post, Merlin (Pearl) Post, and Mark Post; sister, Milene (Merrill) Hintz; and two brothers-in-law, Ronald Dalton and John Dalton.

 

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.  Cremation has taken place.
