Mildred Meyer

June 20, 1913 — August 5, 2004

Mildred "Millie" B. Meyer, age 91 of 20 South Bell Street, died Thursday, August 5,2004 at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home where she had resided for the past month. She was born in La Crosse on June 20,1913 the daughter of Charles and Clara Miller Martin .On April 6,1946 she married Wayne W. Meyer at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on May 7,1990. Mildred worked at Bear Brand, Infant Socks, Mercury Marine and Tuckers. She was a life-long member of Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church, past member of the Eagles Club and Moose Lodge. Mildred enjoyed bowling and going to Oneida Casino to play Draw Poker.SURVIVORS: daughter, Nancy (Sheldon) Tobey, Fond du Lac, son, Chuck Meyer, Fond du Lac, four grandsons, Steve (Vickie) Tobey, Fond du Lac, Scott (Debbie) Tobey, Oshkosh, Dan Meyer, Fond du Lac, Craig (Chrisy) Meyer, Fond du Lac, six great-grandchildren, Eric Nett, Jon Tobey, Jacob Tobey, Kimberly Tobey, Harley Tobey, and Sydney Tobey, five sister-in-laws, Marguerite Soll, Lucille Treptow, Doris Haag, Joyce Klahn, and Betty Meyer, all of Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sisters, and two brothers.



VISITATION: Monday, August 9, 2004 from 4-8 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Tuesday, August 10, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel- Trinity Lutheran Church. Reverend Douglas Hedman will officiate. Cremation will follow the traditional services with inurnment at North Eldorado Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services.UECKER-WITT FUNERAL HOME IS SERVING THE FAMILY.
