Patricia S. Plonsky

Patricia S. Plonsky, age 73, of Fond du Lac, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Hospice Home of Hope. Patty was born on September 7, 1952, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Millard and Mildred (Griffiths) Voskuil. On September 1, 1973, she married James Plonsky Sr. in Fond du Lac. Patty worked in the lunchroom at Lakeshore School where she enjoyed supervising students during lunchtime, Copps Deli, and as the head chef at the prison in Waupun. She was always involved with her family from hockey to being a cub scout leader. She enjoyed collecting quarters, watching movies, and playing cards. Patty loved hummingbirds, and traveling to Arizona to see her sister. Most of all, Patty was dedicated to her family and adored all of her grandchildren. She was an amazing and loving mother and will be dearly missed by her family.

Survivors include her husband, James; two children, James Plonsky Jr, and Jason (Lisa) Plonsky; four grandchildren, Elijah, Scarlett, Devin, and Brinley; sister-in-law, Sue Voskuil; brothers-in-law, Ron Weir and Junior Fennema; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Trisha Plonsky; and brothers and sisters.

Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held with interment taking place at Rienzi Cemetery.
