Richard J. "Dick" Hoffman

Richard “Dick” J. Hoffman, 84, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, June 2, 2014 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born May 13, 1930 in Fond du Lac, the son of John P. and Bertha O. Dachefski Hoffman. He worked for Dick Brothers Bakery for 42 years. He was a US Army veteran serving in the Korean War, stationed in Germany. Dick enjoyed gardening, fishing and playing cards.



He is survived by three sisters, Charlotte Wagner, Ruth Schrimpf, and Marion Hoffman, all of Fond du Lac; one brother, David Hoffman, Markesan; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers.



At Richard’s request there will be no visitation or funeral services. Cremation has taken place.
