Scott F. Gratton

Scott F. Gratton, age 74, of Ripon, died Monday, November 24, 2025, at his residence. He was born on October 31, 1951, in Fond du Lac, the son of Francis and Patricia (Haack) Gratton. Scott was raised in North Fond du Lac and moved to Ripon in 2010. Scott served in the United States Air Force. On August 19, 1973, he married Edith Birschbach at Presentation Church in North Fond du Lac. She preceded him in death in 2007. On August 10, 2012, Scott married Diane (Brown) Wobschall at Ripon College.

Scott worked for G&L for 30 years until retiring in 2012. He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon, a member of Knights of Columbus, a member of Ripon American Legion Post 43 in Ripon. Scott enjoyed bowling, card games, and playing board games.

Survivors include his wife, Diane; his daughter, Amy Wilson; one granddaughter, Grace; one sister, Sharon Roberts; sisters-in-law, Kathy Gratton, Donna Brown, Virginia Brown, and Janice Woznick; three stepchildren, Dawn (Kevin) Lainberger, David (Sara) Wobschall, Judy Kline; seven step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandson; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife; one brother, Greg Gratton; one stepson, Jimmy Wobschall.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 12 noon at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 12 noon. Military graveside honors will follow the service at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park.
