Shannon L. Smith

Shannon L. Smith, age 46, of Fond du Lac, died Monday, October 24, 2022. He was born on July 4, 1976, in Fond du Lac, the son of Wallace and Barbara (Bender) Schimmel. Shannon worked in Masonry and was very proud of his work. Shannon enjoyed skateboarding and loved to draw. He was a very good hearted person and a very hard worker.

Survivors include his son, Allen Smith; his mother, Barbara Trexell; his siblings, Rhonda (Michael) Wroblewski, Angela Smith, Nichole Rademann, Tyler (Katie) Rademann; his uncles and aunts, Kenneth (Julie) Bender, Daniel Bender, David (Pam) Bender, Katie Beach; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace Schimmel; his grandparents, Alex and Esther Bender.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place.
