Susan M. Siewert

Susan M. Siewert, 74, of Fond du Lac, entered eternal life surrounded by her family at home on Friday, April 16, 2021. She was born in Fond du Lac, WI on June 4, 1946, a daughter of Kenneth and Margaret (Tebo) Wilderman. Susan graduated from Goodrich High School in 1964. On Friday, January 13, 1984, Susan married Robert Siewert in Fond du Lac.

Susan was employed at Mercury Marine working in various plants retiring out of Plant 3 with thirty-six years of service on June 6, 2008. Susan loved spending time with her husband, children and friends, quilting and reading books. She loved visiting with the staff at her favorite local restaurants and coffee shops. They became friends. Susan was an avid Brewers, Packers and UW Badger football fan.

Survivors include her husband, Robert; two children, Linda (David) Contreras of Fond du Lac and Todd Humleker of Kronenwetter, WI; one sibling, Mary (Bill) Olson of Sun City, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Jeramie Contreras and Marissa (Antoine) Council; great-granddaughter, Camryn Council; brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins and cherished friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents specifically her Grandma Ella Tebo who she had a special bond with during her childhood, and also her special dog, Ginger Mae.

Susan’s family is extremely grateful for the compassionate care provided to Susan by Dr. Michael Jones and staff at Agnesian Cancer Center and the staff at Agnesian Hospice Care.

Cremation has taken place and private family inurnment will be held in Estabrooks Cemetery.
