Teri Ann Crema-Jahnke, 71, of Fond du Lac, walked into the arms of Jesus, August 31, 2026 at The Pavilion at Glacier Valley in Slinger. She was born September 25, 1954 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Marvin and Carol (Nast) Crema.
Teri was a woman of faith, remarkable strength, and a playful sense of humor. Above all, she loved and lived for her six children and took great joy in the family that grew around them. She was always crafty.
Teri Ann’s love for creating beautiful, heartfelt and whimsical cards started as a means of showing here love for her family and friends through her cards. It all simply began with rubber stamping, but soon progressed into high-definition cards involving panels, vellum, acetate, die cutting, embossing, pop ups and more.
She loved God’s beauty in the parks around her and captured many lovely flowers in photos, to be enjoyed later inside her home.
Teri Ann depended on music to entertain and uplift her heart and soul. While she enjoyed many types of music, religious was her favorite, having many cd’s of this genre. Keeping her Lord close was so important to her, she spent many hours learning her bible digitally. She has a copy of the complete NIV bible in disc form, along with may faith based movies on dvd’s.
A faithful member of the WELS church, Teri Ann found strength and comfort in her Christian faith throughout her life.
She is survived by her children, Roman (Carolyn) Jahnke, Ryan (Kami) Jahnke, Daniel (Carla) Jahnke, Randall (Brittany) Jahnke, Charity (Jared) Jirschele, and Chrystal (Jim Kotsonis) Jahnke; 16 grandchildren, Roark, Gabe, Finley, Moira, Klaire, Raelyn, Avery (Hans) Smith, Alix, Bryce, Abby, Samantha, Cashton, Georgia, Colton, Emma, and Jayden; her sisters, Linda Schmidt, Joan (David) Becker, June (Stephen) Fredrich, and Jane (Jeff) Davison; brother-in-law, Roger Clark; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Carol; sister, Cheryl Clark; brother, Joseph (Sandy) Crema; brother-in-law, Gary Schmidt.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at Faith Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Mineshaft in Hartford from 4:00 – 7:00 PM.
