Thomas E. Sweet

Thomas E. Sweet, 52, formerly of Fond du Lac and currently of Greenfield died Monday, May 22, 2017. He was born March 10, 1965 in Fond du Lac, the son of Donald and Joyce Gysbers Sweet. On November 2, 1990 he married Mary E. Ringeisen at Presentation Parish in North Fond du Lac. Thomas worked for FedEx for many years until August of 2016 when he became ill. He was a member of the American Sign Language Association. He enjoyed playing football in high school, fishing, camping and being outdoors, playing video games, and watching movies.



He is survived by two children, Glenn Thomas Sweet of North Fond du Lac and Sydney Rose Sweet of Oshkosh; three sisters, Leah (Mike) Steffes of Greenfield, Tara Sweet of North Fond du Lac, and Trista (Thomas) Ruehl of West Allis; brother, Donald (Melissa) Sweet Jr. of Fond du Lac; his girlfriend, Holly Morris of Kissimmee, FL; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.



The visitation will be held from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
