Thomas J. Moore, Jr. 70, formerly of Milwaukee died Monday, September 24, 2012 at Harbor Haven Health and Rehabilitation Center, Fond du Lac where he had been a resident since April.Tom was born in Fond du Lac on August 8, 1942 the son of Thomas J. and Dorothy SaltzwadelMoore, Sr.SURVIVORS: Tom is survived by a son Scott Moore, Milwaukee, two brothers, James (Nancy) Moore, North Fond du Lac, Michael (Susan) Moore, Rosendale, two sisters, Cathy (Glenn) Gogin, Fond du Lac and Mary (Larry) Bonack, Brownsville, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Candy, a son Mark Moore, and one brother Patrick.
