Thomas L. Reinhold

August 12, 1961 — April 1, 2026

Thomas L. Reinhold, age 64, of North Fond du Lac, died from a long, courageous battle of lung cancer on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on August 12, 1961, in Fond du Lac, the son of Leonard and Naomi “Dolly” (Flowers) Reinhold. On October 11, 1986, Tom married Laura Andrews in Fond du Lac. Tom worked for over 30 years at Oshkosh Truck Corp. Other places of employment included Elk's Club, Ledgeview Lanes, Spies Painting, G & L, Johnson Brothers Construction, Alpine Bowl, and Joe's Fox Hut. Tom was a tradesman of all sorts.

Survivors include his wife, Laura; two daughters, Alicia Reinhold and Cassandra (Kyle) Reinhold; one grandchild, Rudy; his sister, Debbie (Chuck) Beck; four nieces, Ruth Beck, Emily Beck, Samantha Beck, and Rebecca Beck; niece, Angelica Reinhold and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Michael Reinhold; uncles, David (Linda) Flowers and Bruce Reinhold; his cousin, Jason Flowers; his nephew, Mitchell Andrews; mother-in-law, Geraldine Andrews as well as other loved family members.

Over the course of his life, Tom was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was always looking for that Big Stag. The one that would hang on his wall. Unfortunately, he never shot that stag, though he never gave up. Tom not only enjoyed hunting deer, he enjoyed all types of game hunting and fishing. If it inhabited the woods, lakes, rivers and streams, Tom probably hunted and fished there. To date, Tom's favorite hunting spot was Necedah, Wisconsin. Tom always reminisced about his fondness of hunting with his father, Leonard, in Necedah. Many of Tom's closest friends also participated in his love for hunting and fishing.

Besides being known as an outdoorsman, Tom embodied the true essence of a life-long Packer Fan. Tom's life revolved around the Packers. From going to games with friends, meeting Packer players, adding to his Packer Wall, and watching every game, Tom lived as a true Packer Fan. As Tom would say “Go Pack Go!”

Tom's life was always full of excitement, adventures and achievements whether it involved his outdoor extracurriculars; his years partaking in boy scouts and cub scouts; spending time with his parents, sister, brother and friends; earning a Black belt in karate/martial arts; participating in pool and bowling leagues over the years, as well as being a car enthusiast. His extracurriculars that he loved were endless. The one thing that was missing was his true love.

Tom laid his eyes on Laura Andrews at Wind Jammer West back in late 1985, and told a good friend of his, “That's the woman I’m going to marry!” Tom fell in love and proposed to Laura in February 1986 and married October 11, 1986. It would have been their 40th wedding anniversary this year.

Not only was Tom a devoted and loving husband to Laura, but he was also a dedicated, loving and devout father to Alicia and Cassie. Tom adopted Alicia Andrews as his own in 1986, and Cassie Reinhold was born in February of 1991. Tom committed his life to providing for his family. He worked endless hours to provide a wonderful home and life for his kin. One of Tom's favorite family activities was camping around Wisconsin, which he continued to do until his health deteriorated. Tom was also greatly involved in Alicia and Cassies’ sports endeavors throughout the years, which included coaching. He was his daughters’ biggest supporter and role model. His family also included loving pets throughout the years. Lucky for Tom, he was blessed with another hunting and fishing buddy, his grandson Rudy Reinhold, in 2012. Rudy became the “son he never had” and their bond will never be shaken.

Tom will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

He will always be Laura's "Tommy."
